Our open concept kitchen prepares food in our main dining area starting at 1pm Tuesday through Saturday. Providing our members with walk in dining privileges an awesome selection of food. Limited seating at our open kitchen bar are available daily by reservation. Our open kitchen menu is available Tuesday & Wednesday until 10pm and Friday & Saturday until 5:30pm.

Dinner Menu
Our dinner menu is available by reservation only Thursday through Saturday with seatings at 5:30PM and 8:30PM.
Due to high demand we suggest reservations be made at least two weeks in advance.

While the selection on our dessert cart does vary nightly. We have a number of house favorites that you will always be able to enjoy at the end of your meal.

Weekends are intend for relaxing and brunch at the Sanctuary is a perfect way to start off your day. For those with no plans for the afternoon our Bloody Mary & Mimosa Bar is a perfect addition to our Brunch Menu.
House Cocktails &Mocktails
Our house beverages include a total of 14 custom creations. Our seven house cocktails are themed off the seven deadly sins. For those looking to enjoy mocktails we have seven house crafted alcohol free options themed off the seven heavenly virtues.
Wine List
The Sanctuary is one of the few venues in the state of Vermont that has its own house sommelier; holding a Napa Valley Wine Expert rating you will find an extensive selection of wines from some of the best vineyards in the Napa Valley.
Our wine list has been hand selected to not only compliment the dishes prepared in our kitchen but to allow are guests to experience wines produced around the world.
